yesterday i did a new yoga programme called "anatomy of yoga"
i would not recomend this DVD for the beginner. i was surprised at how much i could do.
it just shows yoga is paying off i have been doing yoga on and off since 07 but seeing how flexible i have now become and am now an avid yogi i love this new programme and have used mussels i didn't know i had.
i didn't realise i needed to step up my yoga routine to a harder one it feels like i have been to the gym for the first time
the yoga DVD programme is relaxing , teaches you how to breathe correctly { diaphramic breathing}
and teaches you to do yoga with care.
in my opinion this yoga DVD programme is for intermediate level and is a great one
