tips



wait for an hour after you have eaten before performing  your yoga routine.

always warm  up before you  practise  yoga with the sun salutation {prayer to the morning sun }

 be in comfortable loose clothing

always have a blanket nearby for when you do relaxation after yoga.

always have a radox bath or shower after yoga to relax your muscles.
