i don't know if it was just nerves or if i was just having a bad day.
in a way it is like starting from scratch.
to me this is nerve racking and exciting at the same time i am having trouble with my left and right so I'm getting some of the asanas {wrong} James said he will help me till i get familiar with this yoga program like he did with the last one i have asked James to watch me on how i carry myself because you don't take notice on how you walk or if you sit, slouch, etc do you?
so this will be interesting to see what yoga does
it is good to have anothers point of view because we all have set backs we are all human after all
I'm going to do my yoga now i will give you the full report on how i went.

what a workout i feel like i have been pulled in every direction
you see your body and mind wants to give out before you do but you cant
you have to push through the discomfort and keep in the asana {pose} for as long as you can.
that is what i did as hard as it was i pushed through the negative thoughts and pain barrier to achieve my goal.
on the harder asanas James says i have mastered 60 to 70 percent right but i still have a way to go but with a daily yoga practise i will get there.
