mind, body and spirit

As i  have written earlier about my health where i wasn't meant to walk and my parents were given the diagnosis i would be a vegetable for the rest of my life.It was a devastating blow for young parents.
if it wasn't for their  determination to deify the Dr's i wouldn't be here writing to you today.
the Dr's said  i would have been right handed  but because of my illness it left my right side  with temporary paralysis  so  mum and dad worked on the side that moved first which was my left . and  from that day on everything else fell into place .
I have always had a weakness and a heaviness in my right side because of this my dexterity hasn't been good either.
But since i have been doing  Hatha yoga i have found my right side has become stronger.
I know it  is doing something  and i know it's good .
Hatha yoga not only works on your mind.and spirit but also on your physical body and has helped me with my balance. I can now stand on one leg for more than  one minute this posture in
hatha yoga  is called the tree.

  1. It's in fact very difficult in this busy life to listen news on Television, so I just use the web for that purpose, and get the latest news.

Is it very difficult to set up your own blog?
I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about setting up my own but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thank you
