practice yoga with your daily medication


James and i have noticed  yoga helps with my seizures.
i have less of them when i practise yoga along with my daily medication it is a perfect fit.
but  if i stop the yoga i am stressed more , my anxiety starts to build and then seizures appear it's a vicious circle really.
this is the only thing  that i have come across that helps me in my life i am not saying stop  your medication  that would be foolish  practise yoga .
if you have depression and anxiety  or any mental illness along with your medication practise yoga .
if you don't have any illness it doesn't matter  if you have had a stressful day at work
what a better way to end the day than with a relaxing yoga workout.
then everything  will be put into perspective and fall into place
yoga is not for the select few it is for everyone

yoga does not discriminate.
